Secure Flight: SF is a program in response to a key 9/11 Commission recommendation – uniform watch-list matching. ESR’s contribution to SF has been recognized by TSA as having been crucial to success of the project.

Consolidated Screening Gateway: CSG is a case management system serving seven Federal agencies and integrating five vetting systems. ESR received a 2009 U.S. Department of Homeland Security Small Business Achievement Award for this work.

FDA Advisory Committee Tracking & Reporting System: FACTRS is a state-of-the-art, fully-electronic system that creates “coordinated, integrated, streamlined, consistent, reliable, and accurate operations” for management of FDA Advisory Committee processes (FACTRS). ESR is working on enhancements and future releases.

Enterprise Architecture: ESR provides Enterprise Architecture and governance support. ESR is analyzing, documenting, and developing a comprehensive recommendation to meet NTIA’s Enterprise Architecture requirements.


ARINC Incorporated

ARINC sought to standardize its solutions and product offerings around its award winning ARINC Wireless Interoperable Network Solutions (AWINS) System Architecture. ESR led a team that developed and executed a software strategy for AWINS, targeted to state and local government first responders, including police, fire, EMT, and associated agencies. A full prototype was developed as a proof of concept.
